End-user licence agreement
Hindola is licensed to you by AR Das ("we", "us"), who makes it under the name Quiet Hinge.
1. Licence
When you buy a licence, you may install and use Hindola on the number of Macs your licence covers (1, 3 or 5). Hindola does not check this; we trust you. The licence is for you or your organization and is not transferable except with our written consent.
Orders are processed by Stripe, which sells Hindola to you as the merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments): it takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt.
2. Trial
Hindola may be used free for 14 days to evaluate it. After that, a paid licence key is required.
3. Updates
Your licence includes all 1.x updates. Later major versions may need a new licence.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy, share or resell licence keys, or remove or bypass the licence check. You may not reverse engineer Hindola except where the law allows it despite this term.
5. Ownership
Hindola is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights not granted here.
6. Refunds
If Hindola isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
7. Warranty and liability
Hindola is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To that extent, our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country you live in.
